A Summer Reading Program is a great way and great incentive to have kids read over the summer.

Summer Quest learning program hosts a variety of free, fun activities to stay active, expand knowledge, and engage with the community when school is out! Each year, the programs and performers change, but you can be sure to find:

Barnes & Noble’s Summer Reading Program

1. Read any eight books this summer and record them in your Summer Reading Journal (download here in either English or Español). Tell us which part of the book is your favorite, and why.

2.  Bring your completed journal to a Barnes & Noble store between July 1st and August 31st, 2020. Click here to find a Store.

3. Choose your FREE reading adventure from the book list featured in the journal.

Pizza Hut 

The Pizza Hut Book It! program offers fun activities that you can download to go along with different book titles. The downloadable packet includes mazes, craft ideas, thinking questions and party ideas. **This is a year round program**

Scholastic Summer Reading Challenge 

Join the Scholastic Summer Reading Challenge by grabbing your favorite books, logging your reading minutes, and most importantly, having fun all summer long!  Join the Scholastic Summer Reading Challenge (May 4 - September 4, 2020)  So start reading, log your minutes, take weekly, challenges, enter sweeps, and have fun!

Sync Summer Reading Program for Teens 2019

SYNC is a free summer audiobook program for teens 13+. Listen on your mobile phone or any device that has internet access and allows downloads. Beginning May, 2018 SYNC will give away two complete audiobook downloads a week - pairs of high interest titles, based on weekly themes. 

Red Robin's Burgers for Books

Head to Red Robin's in Quakertown and ask for a Burger for Books reading bookmark. Fill the 5 spaces with the book name and have an adult sign the bottom.  Once filled return to Red Robin in Quakertown and earn a Free Kids Meal!
