On Monday, August 5, at 1:00 PM, a local Girl Scout will lead a special Pop-Up Storytime at the Bucks County SPCA in Quakertown with her Silver Award Project team, featuring cat and kitten-themed books, songs, and crafts to raise awareness of kitten season and partially fulfill requirements for the Girl Scout Silver Award. The Silver Award is the second highest Girl Scout achievement. It is one step below the Gold Award, similar to Eagle Scout rank.
