Description
Quakertown’s annual Christmas Tree Lighting is a family-friendly fun evening in our downtown to welcome the holiday season. As people gather in the downtown center on the 200 – 300 blocks of West Broad Street, families can shop our downtown merchants, enjoy the traditional free cookies and hot cocoa at Sine’s 5 &10, enjoy our unique vendors and treats, and sing Christmas carols along with the QCHS Varsity Singers, the East Swamp church chorus, and follow our strolling Victorian Carolers as they bring Christmas cheer to the businesses downtown.
Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive at 7PM on a Quakertown fire truck to light the Borough Christmas Tree.
